Refund Policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Brooklan Tree will refund, apply a store credit or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction, within 14 days from your order date.


Total value of the refund will equal the total cost of the goods purchased excluding freight and fees incurred due to payment processing including credit card fees and/or Afterpay fees.

Refunds will be issued by direct deposit into your nominated bank account or via a store credit as soon as possible upon receipt of the products you have returned.

Please note refunds will not be issued for change of mind, store credit will be given for the amount paid minus freight and fees. 
 
DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged goods must be advised by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.

 

RETURN OF GOODS
Returns must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return. Goods must be accompanied by a returns form Request form via link below  explaining the reaction you experienced or reason for return.

No returns will be given on sale items except as required by law.
